Yes. Free is the full modeller with measured daylight, surface fills and the asset library, with no time limit. Projects have one storey, and PDF and DXF exports carry a watermark.
Every account can try Pro free for 14 days, once. When the trial ends, your projects stay yours and keep opening on Free.
It is the same plan, paid every month or once a year. A year paid at once costs less than twelve monthly payments.
No. Team is billed once a year, per seat. The monthly figure shown is that annual price divided by twelve.
